Reporting is built-in, and is quite extensive, once you get use to its GUI and Reporting other gateways just seem Blah. Once Setup to your liking the Astaro Ehem Sophos Gateway just runs and does its job. It shows you what packets the FIrewall is discarding and which are being processed by a rule. The tools provided in the GUI to troubleshoot your setup are excellent. The UTM integration between the different services is just easy to follow and setup. But I have to say, regressing to the previous firmware was straight forward and the Support was top notch (Spring for the proper support tear). In there defense, whose Firewall doesn't have an occasional bastard Firmware release. I won't lie I've gone through some scary firmware upgrades in the past. Sophos/Astaro - The GUI is just amazingly laid out, pretty intuitive to setup rules and filters. Troubleshooting was not as Simple through the use of the SonicWALL GUI as it is with the Sophos GUI (Got Spoiled), but It works and is stable. My experience has been, that once you configure a SonicWALL and resolve all your setup issues, which can take a while with the current state of their support. SonicWALL - The GUI is pretty straight forward but broken up into to many sections to address simple tasks. Maybe the SonicWALL admin didn't know his stuff but he did have it for a year.

Whenever we needed to address a simple rule to handle some type of traffic, it would take the SonicWALL admin over and hour to setup a proper rule and a call to Tech Support. Passing VOIP and Data Traffic over the link.

Oddly enough I had a an NSA 4600 connected to a Fortigate 300D on another network in the same facility. If you can get through the non intuitive GUI its a great product.
